How long does it take to set up?

Most businesses are live within 30 minutes. You configure your agent (name, business instructions, languages, data fields), we provision a phone number, and you're done. No technical knowledge required.

What languages does Mylla support?

Mylla currently supports English, Turkish, Russian, and more. We're adding new languages regularly — if yours isn't listed yet, reach out and we'll let you know the timeline.

Can Mylla book appointments?

Yes — with calendar integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook). Mylla checks real-time availability during the call and books directly into your calendar. Without an integration, Mylla captures the request and notifies your team to follow up.

What happens if a caller wants to speak to a human?

Mylla can transfer the call to a real phone number instantly. You configure the escalation number per agent. Callers can press 0 at any time to reach a human.

How does billing work?

You start on a free plan with one agent and 20 minutes of call time — no credit card required. Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) include a monthly base fee with included minutes. After your included minutes, usage is billed per minute at your plan's rate. Everything is tracked in real time and invoiced automatically. You can see your projected bill in the dashboard at any time.

Is call data secure? Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. All call recordings and transcripts are encrypted. Data retention is configurable per business (default 365 days). We support right-to-erasure requests, and can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR-regulated businesses.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. You can forward your existing number to your Mylla number, so callers dial the same number they always have. Number porting is also available for direct transfers.
