All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the Free plan.

Free Plan — Welcome Credit

The Free plan includes 20 minutes of call time as a one-time welcome credit to test your agent. This credit expires 60 days after you create your account. Once used or expired, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue receiving calls.

Usage-Based Pricing

After your included minutes are used, you're charged per minute of call time. The rate depends on whether the call came through a Mylla phone number or a SIP-linked number you already own.

SIP-linked numbers have a $0.00 phone connection charge from Mylla because your own SIP provider carries that phone leg. Mylla phone numbers include a separate $0.04/min phone connection charge because Mylla pays the Twilio phone leg for those calls.

Additional costs:

  • $3/month for each active North American Mylla phone number (United States or Canada)
  • $11/month for each active Netherlands Mylla phone number
  • $3/month for each active Turkey Mylla phone number, when available from the carrier
  • $10/month for each extra seat beyond the seats included in your plan

Members do not have access to billing.

Seats

Each plan includes a base number of team seats. Extra seats can be added at any time for an additional monthly fee per seat. When a team member is removed, you can reduce your seat count from billing settings to lower your bill.

Budget Alerts

Set a monthly budget threshold to receive notifications when your usage reaches a percentage of your budget. Helps avoid surprise bills.

Invoices

Monthly invoices are generated automatically and available in BillingInvoices. Invoices include your plan, usage, seats, and active number costs.

Tax ID

Super Admins can add a business tax ID (e.g., VAT number) in BillingTax ID. This information appears on your invoices for accounting and compliance purposes.

Reactivating a Subscription

If your subscription was canceled, Super Admins can reactivate it from Billing before the end of the current billing period. Your plan, usage, and settings pick up right where you left off.

Cancellation

Only Super Admins can cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your business stays active until then.

Beta Pricing

Mylla is currently in beta. Early customers who sign up during beta keep their rate for 12 months, even after prices increase for new customers.
