Clara offers tiered plans based on your business size and needs:

All paid plans include a base monthly fee plus usage-based pricing.
Usage-Based Pricing
You're charged based on actual call minutes used. Current pricing in the app is:
- $0.20 / minute for call usage
- $3 / month for each active Clara phone number
- $10 / month for each extra seat beyond the seats included in your plan
Usage is metered and billed monthly on top of your base subscription. View your current estimate anytime in Billing.

Members do not have access to billing.
Seats
Each plan includes a base number of team seats. Extra seats can be added at any time for an additional monthly fee per seat. When a team member is removed, you can reduce your seat count from billing settings to lower your bill.
Budget Alerts
Set a monthly budget threshold to receive notifications when your usage reaches a percentage of your budget. Helps avoid surprise bills.
Invoices
Monthly invoices are generated automatically and available in Billing → Invoices. Invoices include your plan, usage, seats, and active number costs.
Cancellation
Only Super Admins can cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your business stays active until then.
