What is a Customer?
Every person who calls your business becomes a customer in Mylla. The Customers page gives you a CRM-style view of everyone who has interacted with your agents — their call history, linked requests, and conversation timeline in one place.
Viewing Customers
Customers are listed by most recent activity, so the people who called most recently appear at the top. Each entry shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name / Phone | The caller's name (if captured) or their phone number |
| Last Call | When they last called your business |
| Total Calls | How many times they've called |
| Status | Whether they have open requests or completed follow-up |
Customer Details
Click on a customer to see their full profile:
- Call History — Every call they've made to your business, with recordings and transcripts
- Requests — Follow-up items captured from their calls
- Timeline — A chronological view of all interactions
- Contact Info — Phone number and any details captured during calls
How Customers Are Created
Customers are created automatically when someone calls your business. Mylla matches callers by phone number, so repeat callers are grouped under the same customer record — giving you a complete picture of every interaction.
Permissions
Super Admins and Admins can review customers across the business. Members see the customers and requests that are visible to them through assignment and location access.
