Profile

Your profile page is where you manage your personal account. Go to Profile from the sidebar or user menu.
Updating Your Profile

| Display Name | Your name as shown to your team across the dashboard |
| Avatar | Click your avatar to upload a new photo (PNG, JPEG, or WebP) |
Changes to your display name are reflected everywhere in the dashboard immediately.
Changing Your Email
To update your email address:
- Enter your new email in the Email field
- Click Save
- A confirmation link is sent to your new address — click it to complete the change
Your old email remains active until you confirm the new one.
Changing Your Password
If you signed up with email and password (not a social login), you can change your password from the Profile page:
- Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm by typing it again
- Click Save
If you signed in with Google or another social provider, the password option is hidden since your login is managed by that provider.
Notification Preferences
The Notifications tab on your profile lets you control what notifications you receive and how. See Notifications for full details on channels, quiet hours, and daily digest.
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account:
- Go to Profile → Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm in the dialog
Your requests, customers, call history, and notes are retained for your team — only your personal account is removed.
If you're the only Super Admin on your business, you won't be able to delete your account until you promote another team member to Super Admin first. This ensures your business always has at least one Super Admin.
