Integrations

What are Integrations?
Integrations connect Mylla to the tools you already use — calendars, CRMs, project management apps, and automation platforms. When an integration is active, your agents can take action during calls (like booking appointments) or automatically push data to your other tools after a call.

| Cal.com | Open-source scheduling for managed booking flows |

| Custom Webhook | Trigger your own API or automation endpoint after important call events |

Connecting an Integration
- Go to Integrations
- Find the integration you want and click Connect
- Follow the setup flow — most integrations use OAuth (you'll sign into the external service and grant Mylla access)
- Once connected, the integration shows a green Connected badge
Some integrations (like Custom Webhook) ask for an API endpoint URL instead of OAuth.
Testing a Connection
After connecting, you can test the integration to make sure everything is working. Click the integration card and look for the Test option. This sends a test event to verify the connection is healthy.
Disconnecting an Integration
To remove a connection:
- Click the connected integration
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm in the dialog
Disconnecting stops all data flow between Mylla and that service. Your existing data in the external tool is not affected.
Assigning Integrations to Agents
Once connected, you can assign integrations to specific agents. This means only agents with the integration assigned will use it during calls. For example, you might connect Google Calendar but only assign it to your appointment-booking agent.
Manage assignments from the Agent edit page under integrations.
Requesting a New Integration
Don't see the tool you need? From the Integrations page, click Request Integration to tell us what you'd like to connect. Your request is tracked and you'll see its status on the page.
