Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to TeamInvite Member
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select a role: Admin or Member
  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email with a link to join your business. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Requires Admin or Super Admin role.

Roles

RoleAccess Level
Super AdminFull control — billing, plan management, team roles, all features
AdminOperational — agents, leads, numbers, locations, team invites, view billing, add seats
MemberPersonal — assigned leads, own call history, read-only agents/numbers

Changing Roles

  • Super Admin can change any member's role, including promoting to Super Admin
  • Admin can change members to Admin or Member, but cannot promote to Super Admin
  • Member cannot change roles

Removing Team Members

  • Super Admin can remove anyone (including other Super Admins, as long as at least one remains)
  • Admin can remove Members only
  • Removing a member does not delete their leads or call history — it stays in the business

Seat Limits

Your plan includes a set number of seats. When you've used all your seats and try to invite someone new:

  1. You'll see a prompt: "Add an extra seat for $X/month?"
  2. Confirm to add the seat — it's added to your subscription immediately (prorated)
  3. The invitation is sent

Super Admins and Admins can add seats. All Super Admins are notified when a seat is purchased.

Locations

Assign team members to specific locations to keep routing, notifications, and follow-up ownership organized.
